• Unboxing Video: A continuous parcel opening (unboxing) video is mandatory for any claim regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect items. Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
• Delivered Orders: Once the courier marks the order as Delivered, MINIAURA OG.IN is not responsible for any loss or theft of the package.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are fixed and cover packaging, handling, and logistics. These charges are non-refundable and will not be adjusted, even if the actual courier cost is lower.
