Refund Policy
At MINIAURA OG.IN, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable if you receive the wrong item, an incomplete order, or a damaged product (supported by a valid unboxing video).
- No Refunds: Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, minor manufacturing or quality control (QC) issues, or delays caused by the courier after dispatch.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: A continuous unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened is required for all refund or replacement claims. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may be rejected.
- Refund Process: Once your claim is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error made by MINIAURA OG.IN.
